How to become a Deal'er?

Come visit the club to learn more and test the vibe of the Deal’ers to see if you can be around us. Ask if you can attend a run or a gathering with the Deal’ers, or even informally meet up with a few existing members, to see how they like the club.
Then if you sure you want to become a Deal’er make it known to the club that you want to be to become a member. Keep in mind to become a prospective Deal’er you have to complete the hang around period before you are invited to become a Prospect of the club.
Once the club give you the invite Applicants shall follow the following procedure :
- Attend the first meeting to observe.
- Attended the second meeting to receive an application form and constitution in person. (These documents must be collected at the meeting).
- Attend the Third meeting to hand in application form. (With phone numbers and e-mail addresses) and a signed RDMC constitution and pay Registration Fee and Membership fees.
- Attend fourth meeting to be voted in as a prospect. If a written objection is raised regarding the application, the application will then be reviewed. No new applicant will be voted in or attended to, if above mentioned documentation has not been received by the RDMC. If an application is not successful the membership fee will be refunded.
- Attend the 6th meeting to be voted in as half member No Prospect will be voted in or attended to if the minimum requirements are not met
- Attend 3rd meeting after receiving half colours to be voted in as full member. No half colour member will be voted in as a full member attended to if the minimum requirements are not met
Prospect will not be voted in if he has not met the minimum requirements:
- Attend minimum of 3 rallies/day function
- Attend minimum of 9 meetings (including all above meetings)
- Attend all RDMC social events and RDMC runs.
- When applicant shows no interest in joining the RDMC after the third meeting, they will not be allowed to attend any further meetings
